One-off fix or Membership


'Fixed Price' Support Contract

For customers with greater IT support needs, we offer three levels of fixed price contract - Basic, Standard and Lite. Our contracts provide you with telephone support, remote support and onsite support as required. In addition you benefit from scheduled onsite maintenance visits.

Basic Computer and Laptop Repaire:

Telephone Support Line: Did you know that 90% of problems that occur on a properly maintained computer can be resolved within 15 minutes. So if you have a problem or just need to ask a question then give eBusiness services a call and we will be happy to help.

Regular reports: After each login session you will receive a full report of what we did so you can see we are making a difference.

Flat fee call out: If there are occasions where a home visit is required there will be a flat fee.


Standard Computer and Laptop Repaire:

Free annual hardware service: Each year eBusiness Services will visit your home/office to give your computer a full hardware check to ensure that all essential components are working efficiently.

No callout fee: If on occasions it is necessary to make a home/office visit you will not be charged a penny.

Lite Computer and Laptop Repaire Includes:

For up to two computers: Many people are beginning to own more than one pc and provided they can be accessed via the internet then eBusiness Services is happy to help look after them both.

Flat fee call out: If there are occasions where a home visit is required there will be a flat fee.

Login Sessions: 3 times in a year eBusiness Services will look after your computer by carrying out the following essential duties:

Virus update  
Disk defragment

Registry clean up
Spyware/Adware scan
